Sent in for Airline Tickets offer with preferred travel dates--no response

We have followed directions and sent money(over $100) for "free" airline travel.  We have heard nothing from Certs, Inc..  On the internet, I see that this company is a scam.  I am hoping that this is not the case and Certs, Inc. will honor our travel request.
