Should abusive bosses be mandated to complete an anger management class?

Currently, most large companies are already mandating bosses/executives to Executive Coaching/Anger Management. Rather than humiliate the executive by forcing him or her to attend an anger management group, they are referred to individual coaching with experts who provide anger management coaching On-site anywhere in the United States.

Physicians who have problems managing anger are considered "disruptive" and must complete Executive Coaching/Anger Management for "disruptive behavior". Attorneys must complete the same training under the label "civility training".

The August 26 edition of the Los Angeles Times carried an article entitled “Workers’ fervor against bad bosses builds”. Today, CNN carried extensive coverage of an AFL-CIO contest on the worst bosses in the Country. Twenty states are in various stages of introducing legislation to address this issue. On Friday, I was interviewed by a Journalist for the Daily Breeze which included this issue. Therefore, I would like feedback from Linkedin members on this important issue.
