Should Britain withdraw aid to the Sudan after the way Mrs Gibbons has been treated?

Aid to the Sudan which stands at 625million is actually only 1% of Sudans GDP so there not excactly poor to start with, That money is aimed at things the Goverment won’t pay for such as women rights, aids awarness etc. My opinoin is that this money would be better spent on our own people, but withdrawing it would not have much effect on the Goverment of Sudan which gets most of its money from selling oil to china.
