They should be addressed as Doctors. Chiropractors study nearly as long as doctors but their focus is more holistic. Most other practitioners also go for long term studies. My Chiropractor was in school 10 years and his knowledge base is truly remarkable.

I think that optometrists and physiotherapists absolutely should be addressed as doctors. The others however, I am not so sure of. I don’t agree with chiropractics, and I definitely don’t believe in naturopaths and homeopaths.
