Should couples who eat lobster dinners together be allowed to get married?
Why would eating lobster together mean that a couple should (or shouldn’t) be allowed to get married? Why do you define eating lobster as an abomination? If you’re referring to the Torah in which it lists lobster as being unclean to eat, this applied only to the Jews, not to the Gentiles. Torah laws never applied to non-Jews, except for the 7 Noahide Laws ( http://www.noahide.org ) P.S. Yes, the Torah forbids homosexual acts between Jewish men. It does not forbid homosexual acts between non-Jewish men. The reason that this law came into being was because there were pagan temples nearby which contained male temple prostititues who taught that by having sex with them, sins would be forgiven. This was directly contradictory to the God of Israel who taught that only He could forgive sins. Therefore this law came into being.
