Should fast food chains be banned from the consumer market?

No, people need to stop blaming them for being fat. Every person can make there own choice, and everything in moderation. You just don’t need to eat there for every meal. Now i do think there advertising and packaging could be regulated, they do some sneaky things to appeal to kids and adutls And, not to mention restaurants like Chilis, TGI Fridays, Appleby’s have worse food (nutritionally) than fast food chains. They are not under any pressure from gov’t and public to publish nutrition facts. And when asked to, they give excuses like “it’ll be to hard because every dish is prepared to make at each restaurant”. It’s up to the consumer to educate themselves on what’s good and what’s bad, and everyone is entitled to make there own choice. The fast food industry has the right to be here, this is America.
