Should Fedex Freight go union?

I have also worked union 17 years and UNFORTUNATLY NON UNION 9 years. I wish UPS Freight was under the NMFA. All companies need flexibility to survive. The union works with the companies to afford the companies flexibility. The union realizes that if the company doesn't survive then the union doesn't survive. The union can't control stupid business decisions the company makes. The companies will make smart or stupid business decisions regardless of weather they are union or not. In this day and age we all need union protection. If not you are at your employeers mercy. And it is going to get much worse before it gets better. Protect yourselves fellow drivers and dockworkers, if you are not union your employer can get rid of you for no reason at all. Senior man making top rate, they can let you go to give the bottom guy they are paying peanuts all the work. And please tell me do you have protection from this happening even if you are the most productive and safest worker in the whole ...
