Should feminists be careful what they wish for?
I think that the feminists would not necessarily be fighting to, for example, be on the MEN’S basketball team, but rather to have a WOMEN’S team. Putting men and women together could be problematic; think about wrestling- men have different weight classes, right? It would be unfair to put a featherweight against a heavyweight, wouldn’t it? Women aren’t always fighting to be on THEIR team, but more to have a team of their own. They’d have to fight a man if they insulted him? So what? Men are NOT always stronger/better fighters than women… at ALL. So don’t even say that. It depends on the people. Just like the featherweight and heavyweight again…. it just depends on the people, not necessarily their gender. Women don’t even get time off for work for that… That would mean that 1/4 of the female employees of a company would be ‘excused’ at all times, which would never happen. PMT? It’s PMS.
