Should I be looking into an associate degree program, accelerated BSN programs (expensive and not many of them where I live), or a direct entry masters programs?

My local state university has a direct entry master program for the clinical nurse leader track. Also, after just recently going through a sinus surgery and meeting the anesthesia team, the CRNA path has really caught my attention. I did briefly exchange emails with a crna and he told me pursuing a direct entry masters at this point would not be beneficial since I would need to attend another masters program in order to become a crna. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
