Should I consider buying a 2009 Dodge Challenger?
This car simply appeals to me on a very high level. I know the SRT8 has got around 425 horse power and some nice features, but it is expensive and the 2009 Ford Mustang Shelby GT-500 has (shocker) 500 horsepower. So should i consider buying a car that will potentially get run off the road by a mustang… and which model will best suit my adrenaline-junky needs, the R/T or SRT8? A: It comes down to money. If you are rolling in dough, I say by all means go for the SRT8. If value comes to mind, the R/T suits almost everyone’s needs. It has more power than the Mustang GT and to me looks much better, and does it for around the same price. Also the Mustang has become way to common. I see daily heavily modified ones with hood scoops, exhaust, racing stripes, and rims. Right now, the Challenger will make very unique. If you have patience, I heard the 2010 Mustangs are getting a makeover.
