You don’t sound like you know much about leopard geckos, you should definitely do more research before you take on the responsibility of any pet. There are care sheets available online and you could also become a member of a reptile forum for advise and information on leopard geckos. Alternatively, you could get a book on leopard geckos from a pet shop or order from Amazon. I have one male leopard gecko, he is about 2-3 months old and I have had him for 2 weeks. He was £30 from a respectable aquatics centre in my area. His vivarium (£60), heat equipment (£20), substrate (£10), hides (£10), water & food dishes (£10), plantation (£5), food (the first week’s supply was about £10) all came to a total of about £140 so that was a grand total of nearly £200 for the gecko and all the things it needs to live properly. As for your other questions, males and females both reach an average adult size of 10 inches, I got mine at 2-3months but you can buy adults, just make sure the place that you buy
