Should I get an Intel core i7 620M processor or the i7-720QM?
Getting the 720QM will be a better choice, since it has 4 cores/ 8 threads, compared to the 620M which has 2 cores/ 4 threads. However, for games that only uses up to duo cores, the 620M will have the upper hand due to its higher clock speeds. CPU benchmark scores: Intel Core i7 720QM @ 1.60GHz: 3282 (If 2 cores are used: 3282/2 = 1641) Intel Core i7 M 620 @ 2.67GHz: 2336 (quite a huge difference if you like to multi-task alot) Intel Core i7 820QM @ 1.73GHz: 3623 (Slightly faster) Since both of them cost the same, get the 720QM!
