Should I go on a hike with a fifty five yr old guy I dont know?
If it is a 55 yr. old guy that you do not really know I recommend you have second thoughts. In today’s world we hear of bad things happening to young girls. Several of the cop shows on TV often involve women as victims of a serial killer. On the news media we hear about all the bad things that could happen and thus become sensitized to them. This includes the internet news, TV news and newspapers. It tends to exaggerate the problem. We get the wrong ideas about how people might behave. If you were my daughter I would not want you to go on this hike. If you do end up going, bring your brother, your german shepard , your father, and some pepper spray. LOL! My paranoia is showing! Decide wisely. You could always call him back saying you don’t feel well and are going to take it easy for the weekend.
