Should i lease this horse that is an amazing jumper?
I would say yes! Leasing is a great way to get a feel for the responsibilities of horse ownership. It gives you more riding time and the opportunity to show the horse you are leasing. Sometimes if you lease a horse for a certain length of time (and still enjoy the horse and he is still suitable for your needs) the owner will give you the opportunity to buy it at a somewhat reduced cost. This is also a great situation where you already know and like the horse, and your trainer approves of it. If your parents have the finances for it, it can be a great situation.
