Answer Bill, As far as removing personal files, passwords and account numbers, I don’t think you need to do that. If you’re using Windows, download and install Klikosafe (enrgy21.com/sitetools) and put all your private information in it to keep them safe. Superantispyware, Malwarebytes, a-squared and Lavasoft Ad-aware have free and free trial full versions and are all excellent in my opinion, for finding and removing One or more of them, plus Spybot Search and Destroy would be good to install and run (see Enrgy21.com) I would also consider installing CCleaner or G-lock temp cleaner. CCleaner (Enrgy21.com/sitetools) will safely remove temporary files and the browser history. http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-file-cleaner.htm has some additional info.
