I'd choose AP Chemistry and Anatomy Honors, because the AP Physics content doesn't seem to lend itself directly to either a pre-med or a pre-pharmacy background. However, my real recommendation is to choose the one course that interests you the most. Then, during the other period, choose an elective that you really enjoy. Whether it's music, creative writing, programming, a foreign language, sociology, weight lifting--you need to use at least one period to take a course that will relax you and support you emotionally. Senior year is scary and very difficult in many ways; you need to nurture your sdpirit as well as your brain. And yes, colleges will like to see that, too--they'd rather see well-rounded high achievers than single-minded ones.
