Should i take PSYLLIUM HUSK CAPSULES or POWDER ?
Both contain the same powder. The choice of which to take is personal. The capsules are easier to take, but MUST be taken with adequate amounts of water. The powder should be mixed vigorously with water and drunk immediately as it swells up into a medicated gel (just like wallpaper paste!) and is swallowed down. A bit like taking fibre-gel. Some people find this easy and others do not. The only consideration is that the capsules are made of gelatin which some people do not like.
