If you want to spend more money on ammunition and are willing to put up with some jamming and other things that can go wrong, make the trade. The 94 my wife uses is the 5″ stainless version. She has put a few thousand rounds through it and so I can say it is now broken it. This gun if forgiving and will even take the discount bulk stuff without a problem. The Walther suffers from being a semi-auto .22. That means you can expect jamming. You should really take those down and apply moly to them to reduce the wear. If you are dead set on the Walther use CCI mini mags so your fun level is high. They do work well. I personally prefer the Sig Mosquito. Mine has several thousand rounds through it and is ready for many more. I do use moly on Semi-auto slides and triggers (HG-10 is the type). My suggestion is keep the Taurus and save up for the Semi-auto of your choice. Who knows you might find one out there better the 2 mentioned in this post.
