Should illegal immigrants be entitled to receive benefits?
Yes. In their country of origin they should receive benefits, human rights, food, clothing, shelter, clean water, medical care, education and sustainable living and work conditions. Any country that will not provide these basic needs for their own people have no business asking for foreign aid from other countries unless the aid is used solely to improve upon these conditions.
