Should Misys EMR clients plan to attend?
Yes. We are committed to and continue to invest in Misys EMR. With the combination of our current CCHIT certification for Misys EMR 9.10.1 (valid until February 2011) and future plans for Version 9.2 (due in early 2010), we are dedicated to making Misys EMR a sound clinical EHR solution. We will continue to invest resources for addressing high impact, workflow, regulatory, and defect changes into the future. In response to the recently announced HITECH stimulus program; while the CCHIT requirements for 2009, 2010 and 2011 are not yet finalized, we will analyze and execute the best approach for each of our clients across all of our solutions as the requirements are released by the Department of HHS. In addition, we have adopted a surround strategy that allows us to invest in the innovations of other products within the Allscripts suite that we can leverage within the Misys EMR product.
