Should Nevada introduce Blood testing?
Pacquiao and Arum have both stated that they will do whatever NSAC requires. If they require blood testing, then they will both be happy to comply. What they didn’t like is the fact that he was singled out by someone who thinks he is bigger than boxing AND has never had a problem with NSAC regulations before. Seems like you’re assuming that Pac is not taking the test because he has something to hide which can or cannot be the case. Sure you could make the argument that Pac walked away from $40 mil because he didn’t want to take the random blood testing, but you could ALSO make the argument that Mayweather walked away from $40 mil because he’s requiring additional blood testing in addition to the urine testing that he’s never had problems with in his 10+ years as a pro. With that being said, both Marion Jones and Tim Montgomery never failed Olympic style blood testing, so even blood testing is not 100% accurate. After weeks of Team Pacroid praising NSAC testing the NSAC ordered random urine tests. Within days of urine test of pacroid, Arum of TOP RANK based in Vegas , announced that Pacroid would never fight in Vegas again. With that announcement Pacroid evaded any further NSAC COMPARATIVE random urinalysis to his supposedly clean sample taken at his home. With those events in mind, NSAC comparative random urine tests may be effective enough to detect SOME of Pacroids PEDs.
