Should people of same profession marry..?
It doesn’t hurt. Where I used to get my eyes checked, the 2 optometrists were a married couple. There are advantages to marrying inside your profession such as having someone who can truly empathize with the troubles you face and being able to offer real advice for challenges you face at work. You don’t have to marry within your profession, but you would need someone who is understanding of what you do. If you are a police officer, you would want someone who doesn’t mind hearing the tales from work and who doesn’t freak out easy and is not pressuring you to quit for your own safety. If you are working in a place where there is a lot of attention from potential sex partners (think bar, nightclub, etc), then you would want a partner who is understanding, secure in the relationship, and not easy to provoke to jealousy.
