Should rape be subjected to a statute of limitations?
No i do not agree why does there have to be a time limit , does time make anybody more or less guilty traumatic experiences such as rape or domestic violence can continue for years and can be very difficult to report I think this is a very odd question from a very odd person , its quite disturbing that anybody would think this way
