Should school uniform be abolished in all schools?
School uniform should be in all school. if the uniform is simple and inexpensive, it provides an equalizer in the school, it simplifies the kids life (no more: What should I wear today) and you can easily spot kids that skip class and go to the mall for 1 period!) I grew up in a country where uniform was mandatory ACROSS the country and although as a teenager, I did not like it that much, I realised quickly (when I left the country) all the benefits it has (list above). in that country (Ivory Coast), uniform was there for the reasons mentioned above plus for an economic reason: if school did not have uniform, most kids would have gone through their younger life without any clothes!
