No Sec 5 Public Order Act 1986 should be kept if it keeps idiots like you off the street – Just to let you know Breach of the Peace is different from a Public Order Act offence, so the student was obviously was breaching the peace, rather than offending the public. PS There is no call for a Republic in this country.
