Should Spanish be capitalized when referring to the Spanish class or Spanish lesson?

When referring to a school subject, such as a mathematics class or a bi-lingual class, one should capitalize the subject, for it is a proper noun. Spanish should be capitalized, as should English, Math, Algebra, Chemistry, Choir, etc…
