Should the US Navy Donate One of Its Old Aircraft Carriers For Pacific Ocean Cleanup?

Did you know we have floating garbage islands in all the oceans of the world? This is human trash which has been washed out to sea, or dumped by ships and it floats around in circles in the ocean. Often, it never reaches the shore because the ocean circulation just goes round, and round. Indeed, this is one of the most disgusting and despicable things the human species has ever done, as they pollute our oceans. Now then, I am no environmentalist, but I also know what is right and what is wrong. Polluting our oceans is unacceptable for such an intelligent species (?). Obviously, we can do better than this. Not only must we be careful about our rivers and streams and the erosion which forces this trash into the ocean, but also our practices of cleaning up our own mess. Additionally, it’s time that we fixed this problem in our ocean and cleaned up all the trash that we’ve allowed to accumulative. It’s a human problem, it’s a human responsibility, and it is a necessity that humans respect
