Should we include in our budget narrative the mandatory February 21-22, 2003 training in Austin, TX or is it separate?
Yes. Put the cost in the budget for that meeting. The cost will be different for those coming from the Austin area versus from other regions. Budget for each person you intend to bring, which should include the lead facilitator and the secondary facilitator. A third person may be able to attend as well if space is available. The workshop fee will be $99.00 per person. Don’t put in $1,000.00 if you are from Austin or the Austin area.
