Yes. If you have installed Adobe Acrobat prior to installing the Netscape Navigator browser software, you will need to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader. Doing so should detect your browser and install the plugins that allow your browser to understand how to display PDF forms. To install Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here. If you must use Netscape Navigator browser software, we recommend versions 4.x. Using Netscape Navigator version 5.x or higher may result in software incompatibility between the Adobe Acrobat Reader and Netscape Navigator software and may prevent you from being able to view PDFs and perform some EASi functionality.
