Simple word processor PDA handheld. Where are they now?

I am looking for a PDA which is simple to use, but which has longetivity. The Palm TX, bad screen and a life of around 1.5 years. MSM 2003 pda´s okay but I want better definition. I love my IPAQ 2200 series, simple but the screen definition is dying slowly. There´s tonnes of options for phone-pdas. I want something simple. Just want to read pdfs, write documents, maybe show some powerpoint presentations now and again. For me the killer is a simple device with a theasurus and word processor. What I ideally want is a PDA that has a touch screen but preferably a keyboard. I´d like to have wifi, but I don´t want a mobile phone. I hate touch screen with finger keyboards… I prefer a pen – stylus. Any recommendations…. do traditional PDA´s exist. If you know of any mobile companies that make copies of bigger company phones…. maybe an independent… I want something nice, light, maybe a keyboard, with a stylus for document writing… it´d make me happy… it really would!
