Since the debit for Expedited Payments will be combined (i.e. a $100 payment will be debited as a single $109.95 transaction), how will I know the amount that was remitted to the merchant?

The payment activity tab will split the transaction so that you know how much was sent to the merchant vs. how much the convenience fee was. The transaction description in your account at the time of the debit will contain the same description as a regular bill payment.
