What can and cannot be funded with BRAC funds is dictated by law. FTF is not currently funded, and funding will be determined through the Air Force corporate processes. Unlike BRAC, FTF does not have special funds. In some cases BRAC may allow for cross training, which will provide funds for this training. The Air Force will work the remaining funding requirements through the corporate structure.
