I have reynaid’s disease and it mostly happens to my feet. However when I go skiing it happens as soon as I put my feet into my boots. I have tried speical socks and foot warmers but nothing works. If you have any ideas of what to do (because when i ski i can’t come in every five minutes) please answer. Thanks!
