Skull Bash doesn really have an 18 yard range AND a charge component does it?
Yes, though this is definitely something I do NOT expect to make it to live. Skull Bash + Brutal Impact is basically the best mobility/control ability in the game; you have a 5-second school lock on a 10-second cooldown that also charges your target and puts a 30% increased mana cost on your opponent… oh and it charges 18 yards (which is basically 75% of the distance of Feral Charge – Cat or Bear).
