So, where are the pointy ears and weird hair?
They’ve been left back in the stores at Paramount. I don’t have to take them everywhere with me, unfortunately. I quite like the little ears – they make me look like a pixie. A Vulcan has no emotions. Surely that can’t be hard to act… The Vulcans were a highly volatile race whose emotions were pushed to the extreme. In order to preserve the race, they had to learn meditation to control their emotions. So that’s how it is for me. It’s what I call my special place. You know those times when you’re faced with wanting to knock someone to the floor? Or you just want to scream with rage? Or hide crying? Well, it’s kind of like that. When you just need to shut down. Everything’s still there, it’s just behind the eyes? So do you get a lot of hassle on the streets? It’s mainly after clubs at night but I’m not really recognised on the streets during the day in LA.
