• Go to Junk E-Mail folder in Outlook, right-click on the email that should not been filtered. • Select Junk E-Mail folder > mouse over the arrow and then select any one of the 4 options from the pop up menu. • You may want to choose “Add Sender’s Domain from the list” if you want to make sure all email sent from the same domain (i.e. hotmail.com) to be considered as safe mail. • The other way to prevent this from happening is to ask your students using only UWC mail.
