If a guest has not received their Evite Invitations, please verify you entered their correct email address. There are a variety of possibilities why your Evite Invitation may not be going through to various email addresses. Some businesses have firewalls that prevent emails from coming through, or sometimes people have free email accounts (like Hotmail) that expire if not used on a regular basis, or have run out of email storage. Finally, some email programs treat emails via Evite as junk mail. Please check the filter settings in your email account to see if you are automatically deleting emails. If do not wish to turn off your filters/spam guard you can safelist Evite Invitations by adding our email address info@evite.com to your safelist. You have the option of resending Evite Invitations by: 1. Going into your Evite Invitation and clicking on the Send a Message To Guest/s link under guest replies.
