Some of our equipment has several components interchangeable like having the same engine in different cars. Do we have redo the knowledgebase every time for a new product ?
This is the special feature of the product. If you already have a knowledgebase done for a particular product, and the next product is introduced with similar components, it is as good as a drag and drop. You edit the knowledge only in one place. Every place will have this information updated. It is not like keeping a word file for every piece of info, where it needs to be changed in so many places.
