Some of our year 6 students are going to other Regions (or Non-Government schools) that currently don use STEMS. What should we provide them?

Most high schools send a paper transition form for schools to fill out. It is suggested that instead of completing the form, you simply print out the student(s) STEMS record and pass that on. That way, there is no recreation of existing student data.
