There were so many concerns about the airport so it was actually tested by the manufacturer and the solution was exactly the same after passing through the security scanner. Cellfood is an extremely stable solution. The story about electrical appliances was vastly overplayed but there is still a concern if you decide to place the Cellfood on a microwave and keep it there. Having said that - it is not advisable to put anything on top or close to a microwave that you value.
