The MGL (Molecular Graphics Laboratory) has a special database called “Bugzilla” that we use to collect and track bug reports. • Click “Search existing bug reports” to see if your bug has been reported by someone else. If it has, then you don’t need to file a new bug report. • If you have found a new bug, click on “Enter a new bug report” and select the appropriate “product”, i.e. AutoGrid, AutoDock or “MGL Applications” for ADT (the AutoDockTools graphical user interface). • If you don’t have a Bugzilla account, you will need to create one. Click on “Open a new Bugzilla account” to make one; you will need a valid email address, and this will also be your login name. The account will be created, and its password will be mailed to you. You will not be able to log in until you receive the password.
