Spokane, WA: What impacts are anticipated in Alternative 4 on recreation budgets for and public access to BLM lands and Forest Service lands?

Funding for various program budgets will depend on congressional appropriations and local decisions on how to allocate funds received, so we can't say for sure whether recreation budgets would be increased or decreased as a result of implementing Alternative 4. Alternative 4 does contain direction (objective HU-O11) to identify opportunities to provide public access for recreation purposes consistent with maintaining or achieving desired terrestrial, aquatic, and riparian conditions.
