Stitches came undone too early after wisdom tooth extraction, what should I do?

0

I got my two bottom wisdom teeth extracted at 9 AM yesterday. Earlier I noticed there was a lot more pain on one side than the other. Finally, just now I decided to look back there and I noticed that on one side, the side that hurts, there’s a hole where I think the stitches should be sowing shut. I’m assuming the gum ripped away from the stitches exposing the hole. I’m not sure what to do, I’ve looked up wisdom teeth holes from extraction and they seem to be normal, but I don’t know if this is. These stitches aren’t supposed to dissolve until 7-10 days. This is only the second day and I already have a hole.
