Subj 1: Must all UMKC faculty, staff and students have an Exchange account?
Yes, the General Officers of the University have been asking their IT departments to improve the University’s electronic mail systems. During this time the problems of unreliable delivery, time of delivery, an inadequate directory, and a loss of data have continued. In response to these calls for change, Ralph Caruso along with the IT directors on each campus created a system-wide task force and commissioned them to construct a plan that would produce the needed improvements. The group recommended Microsoft Exchange as the system-wide standard. The equipment is installed and the migration of users is nearing completion.
