First try to repair sync from Nokia Ovi Suite – > Sync -> Repair Sync, If it does not fix, follow the steps below: Step 1 • Make Sure all Windows Update are run and up to date. • Run the following MSI packages “c:\Users\AllUsers\NokiaInstallerCache\PackageCache\{6D3245B1-8DB8-4A23-9CD2-2C90F40ABAF6}\Setup\VC80_x86_v2.msi” “c:\Documents and Settings\AllUsers\NokiaInstallerCache\PackageCache\{AF111648-99A1-453E-81DD-80DBBF6DAD0D}\Setup\VC90_x86_v2.msi” • These packages should be installed successfully • After this a repair of Nokia Ovi Suite is required from Add/Remove or Program and Features in Control Panel. Select Nokia Ovi Suite and click remove/uninstall then click the repair button. After this the customer can try to sync.
