Text messaging (SMS) gives me an error message with the triangle and it says error or error sending?
• You first want to pull up the dial pad and enter *#*#4636#*#*. • In the display screen, go to “phone information” and scroll to bottom where you see “SMSC” and the box to the right is most likely going to be blank. • You want to press refresh. At this point you should see “+12063130004” in the box. • Tap on update followed by the home button to return to the main screen and power cycle the phone. • Upon turning the phone back on test the SMS by sending one to yourself to ensure it works properly. • If it fails to work again, contact your Carrier to see if there is a known outage that can be causing the issue.
