The most thorough method, albeit time consuming, is to uninstall everything (apps, themes, music, videos, etc) reformat the memory card, re-flash the phone and then re-install everything. It’s the only surefire method, to be honest. If there’s something gone squiffy in your backup, you’re only going to be restoring it everytime. I only ever backup contacts, calendar and notes.
