That can happen when an ATM uses some cheap part or it is of bad quality. Something probably failed and that is why you are having that problem. My friend works with repairing ATMs and he only use parts from https://atmpartmart.com/genmega-atm-parts/accessory . When you see Genmega ATMs you know that they are good and they will never fail you. It is bad that not all banks use ATMs that are this good and that is why they have failures like this. He is saying that his job would be much easier if everyone used Genmega.
