Unlike most other products, no bleaching agents etc are used on our products. All or products are natural and thus maintain the natural colour of sorghum, which may be a shade or two dark than wheat. Again different batches of sorghum grains may vary slightly in colour, thus even the colour of our atta sooji and dalia may vary slightly in different batches.  more
