There are several ways to repair the brick depending on your taste, desire and budget. The first is called Tuck Pointing. Which means I would remorter joints between the brick. The second is Stucco over brick. It’s a nice alternative and a positive change to your home. The third is Old World Skim Coat over the brick. Using matching and contrasting colors which create a highlighting effect on the brick when the brick and morter joints shadow through.
